Risk by its definition can mean several things: probability or threat of damage, injury, liability, loss, or any other negative occurrence that is caused by external or internal vulnerabilities, and that may be avoided through preemptive action. To me it certainly means is that risk can be valued as much as air around me is, why so? Well to live and breathe for long years I need fresh quality air in my lungs and just as I am not happy with pollution I am also not happy with too much “risk in the air”.
Let’s see what is my risk when I want to make investments, experts explained that each investment is at financial risk that comes from the probability that an actual return on an investment will be lower than the expected return. Is this stopping me from investing? No, because this is exactly where I find my strength to work harder. You see, I am turning risk into something positive by including it in my investments guidance planning that will keep me on the right path even when right seems so wrong I am not getting much juice from my “investment fruits”. A low level of risk is generally associated with low potential returns, and the opposite is true.
As I am also about saving money, sometimes much more than spending it around. I Saving Sally, studied saving option risks as well just to know what may come around the bushes in a decade or two from now. After learning that savings accounts may come with various limitations that can work against you or your access to your money – that is what I figured out and marked it as risk number 1. I suggest be detailed about your savings and do not walk out of bank all happy thinking they are going to take care of your saving business. Yeah right! Know that some banks charge annual fees for having a savings account with them. It’s possible that the fees for your savings account will be higher than the amount of interest you earn on your savings account. So when you begin to build up your savings, it’s important to consider your options for where to store your money.
However, do not think that all money comes with risk. There is a risk free option to make it. How? Win a prize.
